Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in English, has excellent computer skills, and thrives under pressure. As a Junior Travel Agent, you’ll support the booking process for business travel, including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, while providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Booking coordination: Assist in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for business clients.
• Customer support: Provide after-service support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns during their travels.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

What we seek

• Concentration under pressure: Ability to stay focused and calm when managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Language proficiency: Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Computer skills: Excellent skills with computers and travel booking software.
