Job Description:
Helpdesk Activities: Handling of incoming calls from Amadeus subscribers, regarding functionalities of the Amadeus System.
Training: Train Amadeus subscribers on Amadeus System and new products.
Field Support: Visit Amadeus subscribers in order to support with new product functionalities and/or enrich product awareness.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Tourism, fluent English written and spoken, a minimum 2 year experience in the Travel Industry sector as a counter.
- Knowledge on Amadeus System is an advantage.
- PC skills, Microsoft Word / Excel, E-mail / Internet.
- Amadeus is looking for candidates with customer orientation, communication skills and strong personality.
Age of candidates maximum up to 30 years old.
