Feel like Home Ltd is a company based in Hong Kong, aimed at making Chinese travellers ‘feel like home’ while traveling abroad, by orienting hospitality businesses towards their needs.

Who are we?

We are a company that provides the knowledge and the technology platforms to businesses in the travel and hospitality industry to create the right environment for Chinese tourists to ‘feel at home’ whilst abroad.

What do we offer?

For hospitality businesses we offer the opportunity, under certain criteria, to become a member of FLH in order to have a better access to Chinese travelers. For the Chinese traveller we offer the opportunity to have access to companies worldwide that help their travel become easier. Chinese friendly hotels, restaurants etc

How does it work?
Feel Like Home is all about making a Chinese tourist’s travel become easier, whilst maintaining a good quality of service.

Our Vision:
To make all Chinese outbound travelers, Feel Comfortable, Feel respected, Feel Welcomed, and overall . . . Feel Like Home, when traveling abroad.

  • Hospitality businesses (restaurant, hotels, etc) interested in attracting Chinese travellers must make the necessary changes to meet their guest’s needs.
  • These necessary changes are classified by the 5 dragon rating system. Each dragon represents the level of change the hospitality businesses went through to make the Chinese travellers ‘feel like home’.
  • This level of change varies, from hospitality businesses translating the website in Chinese, an action that is rated with 1 dragon, to hiring a Chinese speaking employee, an action that will definitely make the Chinese travelers ‘feel like home’ and is rated with 5 dragons.
  • When these changes are implemented, our company will send a mystery shopper to verify the dragons and determine the quality of service by ranking it with Diamonds.
  • As a next step, the hospitality business becomes a member of FLH and gains access to the fastest growing travel market of the world, while the Chinese outbound traveller enjoys the comfort and the benefits of ‘feeling like home!’
